Kathy Reed

A former sales executive and office manager with a high-end real estate firm in Scottsdale, Kathy draws on her extensive sales and marketing background when representing Desert Mountain buyers and sellers. Her successful background encompasses serving as a vice president and corporate officer for manufacturer Weatherby Inc., in Los Angeles and 18 years of accounting and marketing experience with the Winchester division of the Olin Corporation in Illinois.

A graduate of Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville with a degree in Business Administration, she completed the Pennsylvania State University Executive Management Program for Women. She is an avid golfer, sports car enthusiast and markswoman. Kathy was a founding member of the Desert Mountain Ladies Golf League and the Sonoran Interclub Golf team, as well as acting Director of Communications of the Arizona Women's Golf Association. An active member of the community, Kathy has been involved with several charitable groups including Habitat for Humanity, Creative Women of Pinnacle Peak and C.A.R.E. (Cancer Awareness Research and Education).

A Desert Mountain member since 1993, Kathy lives in the community with her husband, Hugh, and has four children, two stepchildren and nine grandchildren.

Ann Whitley

Since Ann's motto is, "It's all about you!, this will be brief. After many years experience as a wife, mother and real estate client, with a degree in Public Administration and Paralegal Studies, Ann has emerged from the total retirement lifestyle to pursue her interest in Real Estate. Karen Dorsey

Karen has lived full time at Desert Mountain for twelve years. She feels very fortunate to be able to live in such a beautiful community where there are so many opportunities to meet new friends, play golf, workout at the Sonoran Club, and enjoy fine dining. Karen is also involved in our charity events including CARE and the Desert Mountain Food Drive.

Karen and her husband, Rob, moved here from Houston where she was an educator and a psychotherapist. Her skills in these areas led to a very natural transition in to real estate. Rob Alday
