ARIZONA GRILL AT OUTLAW

The success of the Arizona Grill menu has allowed Chef de Cuisine, Jeri Hampton the opportunity to develop traditional favorites such as fajitas, and create new favorites as well. The fajitas are now being marinated in a sweet and tangy marinade to enhance the flavor, and give the meat maximum tenderness. Look for some new items on the menu such as our popular Portabello fries, Oaxaca salad, chicken pot pie and more. Chef de Cuisine, Jeri Hampton is also excited to feature the "Round-Up", expect anything from, parmesan crusted sole, to fettucini alfredo, to pistachio crusted r ack of lamb, you can always look forward to something new! Don't miss our two special nights at Outlaw. Friday night is our very popular Fish Fry, featuring beer battered walleye, waffle fries and cole slaw. Monday nights we feature our house-made meatloaf, served with garlic green beans and mashed potatoes.

On the Lawn Concert Series

Our "On the Lawn Concert" series is back this year and will be featuring some wonderful entertainment. On Friday, March 28th, "Affinity" will rock your socks off. From Sinatra to Santana, Elvis to Abba, they play the hits that pack the dance floor. On Friday, April 18th the "Sonoran Serenade Big Band" will entertain you. With the standards of the Golden Era, to Blood Sweat and Tears, to Michael Buble, you will dance the night away. On Friday, May 23rd, country music will fill the air with the popular "Mike and T Band", and on Friday, June 20th, "Key West Reunion" will bring the sound of the islands to Desert Mountain. Join us for dinner, music and dancing under the sparkling stars of the Sonoran desert sky.

Drive-In and Classic Car Show

Classic Car Show

On Sunday, April 6th, we will host our annual Classic Car Show. Come on over with the entire family and enjoy the "Fabulous Fifties". Enjoy an à la carte menu including burgers, shakes, and malts, as well as other 50's favorites, while browsing some of our member's classic cars. The lawn will be transformed into a children's play area that will include inflatable bouncers, cotton candy and popcorn. The event will run from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Jeri Hampton - Chef de Cuisine
Cynthia DiNardo - Restaurant Manager

Cynthia DiNardo started her tenure at Desert Mountain in 1997. Through the years, she has held various positions in all of the restaurants on property. She became Assistant Restaurant Manager at Constantino's in 2004, moved to Apache for the 2006-2007 season, and is now the Restaurant Manager of The Arizona Grill at Outlaw. Cynthia graduated Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Actuarial Science, is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, an active member of the Society of Wine Educators, and recently became a member of the Club Managers Association of America.

Chef de Cuisine, Jeri Hampton is a Culinary Graduate from the Colorado Mountain College of Vail. He worked at the Game Creek Club of Vail and the Vail Cascade Resort and Spa during his culinary apprenticeship. During his career here at Desert Mountain, Jeri has been on the culinary team at Apache, Constantino's and now Outlaw. Chef Hampton has also had the incredible opportunity of being the Executive Chef Culinary Director for the American Pavilion of the Cannes Film Festival in the French Riviera.

Both Cynthia DiNardo and Chef de Cuisine, Jeri Hampton are now focused on the constant evolution of the Arizona Grill at Outlaw. They look forward to providing you with a world class dining experience in a warm, friendly atmosphere, so come in to Outlaw for a culinary adventure.
