Constantino's Taverna Known as the casual side of Constantino's, the Taverna welcomes walk-ins on a first-come basis, with many members opting to enjoy the spectacular Saguaro Forest sunsets on the patio. With a menu featuring delicious wood-fired pizzas and fresh pastas, a seasoned service and bar staff eager to please, and live classical guitar music by Walt Pitts, the Taverna offers members a warm, welcoming place to unwind after a round of golf or a long day at the office.
La Dolce Vita Tucked away in a cozy corner of the Constantino's kitchen is a very special room called "La Dolce Vita" or "the Sweet Life" in Italian. Originally built as a special occ! asion d ining room for our most discerning members and their guests, "La Dolce Vita" has evolved to become a place where members' every whims and desires are customized for the most exquisite dining experience. Chef Chris Nicosia works closely with members to build a multiple course menu, often inventing recipes with individual member's tastes in mind. Members are invited to enjoy wine pairings while at the kitchen bar where the Constantino's culinary team prepares dinner fresh every night. Whether for four people or fourteen, "La Dolce Vita" represents the very best in fine dining at Desert Mountain.

Led by Chef de Cuisine Chris Nicosia and Senior Restaurant Manager and Beverage Director Sharon Martin, the Constantino's management team boasts some of the most experienced culinarians and service professionals in the industry.
A graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Chef Nicosia started his career at Lon's at the Hermosa. His tenure with Desert Mountain includes Chef de Cuisine positions at Apache, Cochise-Geronimo and Constantino's. He left Desert Mountain for Chicago in 2005 to open his own restaurant, was brought back to Arizona in 2006, and was welcomed back to Constantino's shortly after. Chef Nicosia has defined Constantino's as a trendsetter in Italian cuisine with innovative seasonal menus and nightly specials, and was recently featured as an "Emerging Chef" in the Desert Living magazine.
Sharon Martin started her tenure at Desert Mountain as a server at the Apache Steakhouse. She was quickly promoted to Dinin! g Room Captain and in 2002 accepted a position at Constantino's to assist in the opening of the new restaurant. Sharon assumed the Constantino's Restaurant Manager position in 2004 and as Beverage Director also manages the Desert Mountain Wine Store. Sharon graduated from Arizona State University Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and is an active member of the Club Managers Association of America.
